- 1/2 melon
- 200 g feta
- 100 g rocket
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar Andrea Milano
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh mint
- Pepper
Method
1. Cut the melon into cubes and slice the cucumber. Add the crumbled feta and rocket.
2. Dress with olive oil and white wine vinegar and finish with mint and pepper.
